17.2.2025 - Start of registration for school accommodation
approx. 1.3.2025 - Start of registration for meals + publication of meal prices
14.4.2025 - Tournament registration closes
15.4.2025 - Entry fee must be in the organizer's account to confirm team registration
1.5.2025 - Tournament schedule published
1.5.2025 - Deadline for pre-sale orders of tournament t-shirts
3.5.2025 - Payment for tournament t-shirts (money must be in the organizer's account)
12.5.2025 - Deadline for accommodation orders.
19.5.2025 - 12:00 - Deadline for catering orders - 1st term (note: money must be in the organizer's account)
23.5.2025 - Start of the 1st term of the tournament
26.5.2025 - 12:00 - Deadline for catering orders - 2nd term, (money must be in the organizer's account)
30.5.2025 - Start of the 2nd term of the tournament
7.6.2025 - Start of the 3rd term of the tournament
